I have been on both sides of the inspection period and spend a lot of time interviewing home inspectors to ensure my clients are best prepared for every part of the process.

There is no magic number here. If it is 100 homes or just 1, you look until you find what works best for you and then I fight to get it for you!
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
In real estate the seller generally pays all fees at closing. I am honored to be able to give those who serve our communities as first responders, teachers or military personnel a further gift after closing.
